The 2022 event will once again see as protagonists: Nobu Milan and the Ristorante Armani in New York with its Executive Chef Antonio D’Angelo, while Chef Heinz Beck will inaugurate Cacio & Pepe Day , following the great acclaim obtained in the first event with an original interpretation of the classic Cacio & Pepe recipe.
Chef Heinz Beck, three Michelin stars at the Pergola restaurant at the Hotel Cavalieri Hilton in Rome, has revisited the iconic Roman dish of Fagottelli alla Carbonara , and married it to the recipe of cacio e pepe, thus obtaining the Fagottelli al Cacio & Pepe .
